STEP ONE: Free Testing

Contact us for a download link to the free software. We will also e-mail you a free temporary test account with complete instructions. Our e-mail includes a web address on our server where you'll be able to see and hear your test webcasts. This account will be active for only 3 days so be sure you're ready to test. (Extended testing time is available for a small fee). We recommend that you test the system using the same equipment you plan to use for the actual webcast(s) - for example, the same camera, laptop, Internet connection, etc.

STEP TWO: Pay for your Account

Following a successful test, you will then pay for your active account online to deliver your webcast(s). We use PayPal which allows you to pay with any credit card or with your PayPal account, if you have one. Your webcast account is gauranteed. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued your active webcast account and web code to insert the webcast on your site. If you purchase a one or multiple day account, the account will expire following the days you have purchased. Monthly accounts withdraw our fee from your credit card on the first of each month but you may cancel at any time.
