B6. Social Housing and Health in the GTA West: A Pilot Study

The GTA West Social Housing and Health Study is a unique prospective study of the effects of being re-housed into rent-geared-to- income (RGI) social housing on the mental health and well-being of working-age adults (aged 18-62) and children aged 3-10 (all at study baseline). The study has the capacity to substantially enhance our understanding of how social and physical environments shape health status.
