This study assessed the current state of knowledge regarding linkages between housing and education, skills development and employment. It set out to answer questions as: What is the current conceptual thinking on how housing affects these societal outcomes? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the various methodological approaches used to identify, quantify and attribute these outcomes?
